漫叶隐私政策

漫叶不收集、不上传、不分享你的任何个人数据。你的漫画和阅读记录只保存在你自己的设备和你自己的 iCloud 里。
1. 适用范围
本政策适用于 iPhone 和 iPad 上的漫画阅读 App「漫叶」（英文名 Mekuru，以下简称"漫叶"）和网站 mekuru.ink。漫叶由深圳市知游文化科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）开发和运营。
2. 我们不收集任何数据
- 漫叶不需要注册账号，也不要求登录。
- 漫叶本身不发起任何网络请求，没有统计分析，没有广告，也没有接入任何第三方 SDK。
- 我们不知道你导入了哪些漫画、读了什么、读了多久。
因此，漫叶在 App Store 上的隐私标签是"未收集数据"。
3. 保存在你设备上的内容
为了让你能正常阅读，漫叶会在你的设备上保存这些内容：书架列表和封面缩略图、每本书的阅读位置、书签、阅读设置（例如阅读方向）。这些内容只保存在本机，我们无法访问。删除漫叶，这些内容会一起删除。
4. 你导入的文件
漫叶只读取你通过系统「文件」App 主动选择或用「用漫叶打开」分享过来的文件和文件夹。漫叶会记住这些文件的位置，方便下次直接打开；它不会修改、复制到别处或上传你的文件。
5. iCloud 同步（Pro 功能）
如果你购买了 Pro 并打开同步，漫叶会通过 Apple 的 iCloud，在你的设备之间同步阅读位置、书签、错开一页设置和阅读方向。同步的数据保存在你自己的 iCloud 账户里，由 Apple 保管，我们无法查看。漫画文件本身不会被同步或上传。你可以随时在设置中关闭同步。
6. 购买
Pro 的购买、恢复购买和兑换码都由 Apple 的 App Store 处理。我们拿不到你的姓名、Apple 账户或付款信息。Apple 只会向我们提供不含个人身份信息的汇总销售数据。
7. 崩溃报告
只有当你在 iPhone 或 iPad 的「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 分析与改进」中选择与 App 开发者共享时，Apple 才会把匿名的崩溃报告提供给我们，用于修复问题。你可以随时关闭这个选项。
8. 网站 mekuru.ink
本网站不使用 Cookie，不放统计代码，不加载第三方字体和脚本。网站由 Cloudflare 托管，Cloudflare 为了传送网页和防范攻击会处理访问时的技术信息（例如 IP 地址），详见 Cloudflare 隐私政策。
9. 你写信给我们时
如果你发邮件给我们（例如反馈问题或报名公测），我们只用你的邮箱地址和邮件内容来回复你、处理你的请求，不会用于其他目的，也不会提供给他人。你可以随时要求我们删除这些邮件。
10. 儿童
漫叶不收集任何人的个人数据，包括儿童。
11. 政策更新
如果本政策有变化，我们会更新本页面和上方的生效日期。如果将来漫叶的数据处理方式发生实质变化，我们会在 App 更新说明中写明。

Mekuru Privacy Policy
Effective November 7, 2026
Mekuru does not collect, upload, or share any personal data. Your comics and reading history stay on your own devices and in your own iCloud.
1. Scope
This policy covers the comic reader app Mekuru for iPhone and iPad (漫叶 in Chinese) and the website mekuru.ink. Mekuru is developed and operated by 深圳市知游文化科技有限公司 ("we").
2. We collect no data
- Mekuru needs no account and never asks you to sign in.
- The app makes no network requests of its own. It has no analytics, no ads, and no third-party SDKs.
- We do not know which comics you import, what you read, or for how long.
Mekuru's App Store privacy label is therefore "Data Not Collected".
3. What stays on your device
To let you read, Mekuru stores on your device: your library list and cover thumbnails, the reading position of each book, bookmarks, and reading settings such as direction. This stays on the device and we cannot access it. Deleting Mekuru deletes it.
4. Files you import
Mekuru reads only the files and folders you choose in the Files app or send to it with Open in Mekuru. It remembers where they are so you can reopen them. It does not modify, copy elsewhere, or upload your files.
5. iCloud sync (Pro)
If you buy Pro and turn on sync, Mekuru uses Apple's iCloud to sync reading positions, bookmarks, the Shift by One Page setting, and reading direction across your devices. This data lives in your own iCloud account, held by Apple, and we cannot see it. Comic files are never synced or uploaded. You can turn sync off at any time in Settings.
6. Purchases
Buying Pro, restoring purchases, and redeeming codes are handled by Apple's App Store. We never receive your name, Apple Account, or payment details. Apple gives us only aggregated sales figures that do not identify you.
7. Crash reports
Apple shares anonymous crash reports with us only if you choose to share with app developers under Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements on your iPhone or iPad. We use them only to fix bugs. You can turn this off at any time.
8. The mekuru.ink website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party fonts or scripts. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against attacks. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
9. When you email us
If you email us, for example to report a problem or join the beta, we use your address and message only to reply and handle your request. We do not use them for anything else or share them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
10. Children
Mekuru collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. If the way Mekuru handles data ever changes materially, we will say so in the app's release notes.
